These GENERAL CONDITIONS apply to the buying of products through CECOTEC.ES operated by CECOTEC INNOVACIONES S.L., a company created under Spanish law, with VAT number B-97937890, located in Calle de la Pinadeta S/N, 46930, Quart de Poblet, Valencia, Spain.
The following general conditions have been written in accordance to the Civil and Commercial Code, Ley 7/1996, de 15 de enero, de Ordenación del Comercio Minorista, Ley 7/1998, de 13 de abril, de Condiciones Generales de Contratación y Ley 7/1995, de 23 de marzo, de Crédito al Consumo.
These terms and conditions, together with your Order Confirmation, constitute the agreement between our company and you.

SHIPPING
Delivery dates will vary depending on the product, size and the city were the product is being delivered. The products will be delivered within the agreed time unless the client requires the product to be handed in after the agreed date.
If you wish to modify your product delivery date, previous notification of at least the same number of days than the delivery time is required.
The transport agency will deliver from Monday to Friday, and will set a delivery time with the client before going. If your village is located far away from a big city centre or urban area or its population is inferior to 5000, the delivery time could vary from 3 to 5 more days.
In case of disagreement with the transport agency, we suggest you contact us so we can help you with the issue management.
In some cases, for reasons beyond CECOTEC’s control, the product delivery could delay 2 working days. In this case, the buyer can cancel the order and get the amount of money payed back. Failure to comply the delivery will not be considered as such if it has been delayed willingly or if it has been impossible to contact the buyer by means of the data given by himself.
In case it is a large volume or weight product, that cannot be transported by one only person from the transport agency, make sure your accompanied by an able-bodied person that is available to help the driver.
Without prejudice to the rights assigned to the consumers by Spanish law, CECOTEC INNOVACIONES S.L. does not undertake responsibility for any delivery failure in case of extreme situations that unable the product to arrive to its destiny, such as civil commotion, riots, floods, fire or any other extraordinary factor.
ORDER CANCELLATION
If you wish to cancel an order you shall contact info@cecotec.es. Once your request has been processed, you will receive a cancellation number. You must always keep a copy of this number. The order will be cancelled once this number has been given to you and any complaint of any cancelled order will not be attended until the cancellation number can be informed. An order cannot be cancelled once the products has been handed in to the transport agency. If you do not need the product once the product has been handed in to you, you shall return it under the Return Policy conditions – I changed my mind. (See below).
CHECKING OF GOODS
Goods delivery must be checked. You must open all the boxes and verify all the goods as soon as possible. There is a 48-hour limit to inform of any damage. If you see the product arrives with visible damage on the outside, please, indicate so on the transport agency’s delivery note. If these damage is not informed during the first 48 hours after its delivery, there is no possibility to claim from the transport agency.
If another person signs the delivery in your name, you agree to inform that person about the need to check the product and you undertake the responsibility of any loss or damage. Orders are covered by an insurance for the 100% of its value. In case your product is damaged due to its transportation, all the anomalies must be exposed on the delivery note. Claims after the next 48 hours after the order delivery will not be accepted. Every claim brought up due to damage during transportation must be directed to CECOTEC during the indicated time. In such case, please send an e-mail informing about the situation to info@cecotec.es. Product claims that are informed after this 48-hour period will not be accepted. Remember not to throw away the product packaging until you check it and make sure the product is in good conditions and is exactly what you ordered.
RETURNS POLICY. CHANGE OF MIND.
You have 14 calendar days from the moment you receive your product to desist from it. In such case you shall contact us within that period of time in order to proceed to the reimbursement procedure. Bear in mind the transportation and administration costs arising from the return of the product will be at the client’s expense (as long as it is consequence of an outside cause).
In order to proceed to the product return, send an e-mail to info@cecotec.es and attach disclaimer document. Once the e-mail has been sent, we will provide you with a return registration number and we will proceed to pick the product up. In order to return the product, make sure the product has not been used or installed and that it is in perfect conditions, with its correct packaging. In the opposite case, money will not be returned.
